I would like a consultation


The consultation will normally be with a plastic surgeon, but you may also be done by one of our experienced nurses.

We will send you a roadmap, some useful information and a form for helath information with questions about your health condition, allergies and if you use some sort of medication. The form has to be filled out and brought with you to the consultation.
